Dr. Talal Debs is the Founder and Managing Partner of XMC and a veteran commodities and financial-markets executive with 20+ years of leadership across global banking, engineering, and risk. He previously spent 15 years at J.P. Morgan as Head of Reservoir Engineering and Chair of the oil and gas price committee, building deep expertise across commodities, credit, insurance, capital markets, and risk management. At XMC, he has launched multiple platform companies, including guiding Zefiro from inception through its IPO. Dr. Debs also spent nearly a decade lecturing in quantum mechanics and relativity at leading universities including Harvard, LSE, Cambridge, and Oxford. He holds a BA from Harvard and an MPhil/PhD from Cambridge in the foundations of physics.

Walker is a Senior Partner at XMC and a technology and operations executive with deep expertise in blockchain, digital assets, financial-services infrastructure, and emerging environmental markets. He founded Token Innovations LLC and is leading the U.S. expansion of Ownera. At Zefiro Methane Corp., he scaled field operations and built the company’s enterprise data platform, creating AI- and blockchain-enabled systems that supported the first issuance and sale of ACR959 methane-abatement credits. He previously spent decades as a consulting Partner at Bain, Deloitte, IBM, BearingPoint, and KPMG, co-leading Bain’s global Web3 in Financial Services practice and serving as Deloitte’s U.S. Blockchain & Digital Assets leader. Mr. Walker began his career as a U.S. Air Force Systems Analyst and holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Chapman University.

Earlier in his career, he co-founded and built multiple large-scale greenhouse ventures across Mexico and Arizona, totaling 850 acres, 3,000 employees, and 175 million pounds of annual vegetable production for the U.S. market. In 2025, he founded Vale Farms and Imports, a Seattle-based importer of Japanese green tea. Mr. Symington graduated with honors from Harvard University.
